Arsenal have got more than enough problems to deal with and the injury problems to many of the current Arsenal squad are affecting the plans of Arsene Wenger in almost every area of the pitch. We are strong enough in goal and in the full back positions, even though Kieran Gibbs is currently sidelined with a knock.

In other areas such as the flanks and up front, though, the Gunners are looking dangerously thin on the ground and arguably the worst hit area of the team is central midfield. But that has not convinced the boss that he could do with bringing back our young American international star Gedion Zelalem.

The young Gunner, who has been compared to Cesc Fabregas because of his playing syle, has been doing very well north of the border with Rangers, but the Daily Star is reporting that Arsenal are happy for him to stay there for the rest of the season and the two clubs are said to be on the verge of sealing the next period of his loan deal.

Perhaps we will see young Zelalem starring in an Arsenal shirt before too long, although it looks very unlikely that he will feature for us this season.
