Arsenal on verge of securing transfer of `new Sergio Aguero´?

There have been Arsenal transfer rumours linking us with the talented young striker of Serie A side Palermo for some time now. In the build up to the January transfer window it was said that Arsene Wenger and our scouts were having a really good look at Paulo Dybala, the 21-year old Argentinean whose performances in Italy have drawn comparisons to the Premier League’s leading marksman Sergio Aguero.

Even though a striker was not Wenger’s priority this season, the rumours have persisted after the winter window closed, with reports that the Palermo president came to London to meet with people from Arsenal to discuss Dybala and a possible summer transfer.

Earlier this week their president suggested that he was in talks with a few clubs to finalise the terms of the transfer and that it would certainly be happening and now a Metro report reveals that Maurizio Zamparini believes the deal will be completed in the next two weeks.

He said, “A team should close the signing of Dybala in the next 15 days.

“He will not go for less than €40million euros.”

If this is true then what we want to know is, are the Gunners the club set to secure this super young striker?
