Arsenal Star Wants Reinforcements At The Club

Arsenal’s attempts to sign Thierry Henry are starting to have a whole new level as the team’s defensive midfielder is attempting to tempt Henry into signing with the Gunners.

Club star Alex Song is teasing Thierry Henry continuously since the Frenchman started to train with the club while the MLS is on break, and he hopes to motivate him into signing.

“When I see him training, I am teasing him: ‘You could still play with us, you know?’ But he has never replied and just smiled,” Song told L’Equipe.

“What he achieved during his career is just amazing. He has nothing more to prove in football.

“Today he has the opportunity to give us a help.

“A player with such stature, such potential. He would bring us a lot.”

It would be ideal for the player, club and fans for Henry to retire at Arsenal after such an extraordinary career amongst the Gunners where he managed to become the most prolific striker in the history of the club.
