Inter Want To Steal French Star From Under Wenger’s Nose

Italian giants Inter Milan are now closer than ever to make a move on French star Yann M’Vila, taking him away from the eyes of Premiership clubs.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Real Madrid have all been interested in the young defensive midfielder, but the Gunners were the closest to snatch him in the summer when Arsenal’s French manager Arsene Wenger submitted a fee for him.

The transfer fee was snubbed by Rennes who wanted to use him in the Europa League, but now that that’s out of the way a possible move may be accepted by the French club.

Although at first it seems very likely that M’Vila will leave during January, Rennes might choose to wait until after this summer’s Euro where if France will have a good championship, M’Vila’s price will increase exponentially as he’s highly likely to be one of the first team players.

With Frimpong on loan and Song injury-prone, Wenger must find a worthy replacement for him, other than Coquelin who is still too young, and M’Vila seems to be the perfect man for the job and he also seems to have the right skills needed for the Premiership.

  1. Let me correct ur impression, song is not injury prone n is one of d best difensive mid in d premiership

  2. isn’t m’vila young as well? plus coquelin already have premiership experience and speak english.
arsenal doesn’t need to buy new defensive midfielder, what we need is cesc replacement(creative midfielder) and a striker(goalscorer).
wenger cannot buy the player we need how can he spend big money for a player we don’t need?

  3. I agree with Sam, more need for a creative midfielder atm as Song is doing very well and in the long term Frimpong or Coquelin will prove be be a sufficient deputy. I don’t know where M’villa would fit in unless he became our CM over Arteta
