When will it ever end for Arsenal. It feels like somebody is punishing Arsene Wenger and the Gunners for something because every time it looks like we are coming out of the injury crisis then it rears up again. At this rate the club might as well set up a hospital at the Emirates.

The latest news sees two more players ruled out while the manager reveals that Theo Walcott is still not really ready for action. We may see the England international forward at some point in the away match at Sunderland, but certainly not from the start.

So with Yaya Sanogo still not fit to play, that makes four key areas of the Arsenal squad that are stretched to breaking point; the forward line, the midfield, the defence and the goalkeepers. Ospina is out until Christmas, Koscielny is now out for at least a month although Wenger admits that he really has no idea how long our best defender will be missing. He just hopes that the French international will be back next month. Grrrrreat.

And to cap it all off, Abou Diaby has got yet another injury, this time to his calf. Please no more.
