I had a feeling that the Arsenal and Wales international star Aaron Ramsey would prove to be a key player for the Gunners at Aston Villa today and so it proved. Super Rambo is taking his chance to play in his preferred central midfield position with both hands and feet and if he keeps this up then Santi Cazorla may well find himself out on one of the flanks when he comes back from injury.

As well as being the driving force behind Arsenal’s victory at Aston Villa today, which took the Gunners to the top of the Premier League, Ramsey did me a big favour because I had just put him in my dream team and made him the captain, yay!

Another of my dream stars is Mesut Ozil and the sublime German provided the assist for Ramsey’s goal and the third Gunner in my team is Petr Cech and he managed a clean sheet which breaks the Premier League record held by David James. Honourable mentions also go to Giroud who calmly slotted the first from the penalty spot, Walcott who won it, Flamini, Campbell and Monreal.

So all in all, a very good EPL result ends a fantastic which that saw the mighty Arsenal surprise most football observers and qualify for the next stage of the Champions League and will see us finish on the very summit of English football.
