BOOM! Arsenal title hopes gone after BIG Cazorla injury blow?

Three months! Can you believe it Arsenal fans? The bad news just keeps coming in waves for us at the moment and I have a horrible feeling that this could be the final straw that breaks the camel’s back.

According to a report in The Guardian the Spaniard, who was thought to have picked up just a minor knock against Norwich, has actually damaged ligaments in his knee and that means a long spell in the treatment room.

Wenger – Arsenal star will NOT be good cover for Coquelin

It was one of the injury problems that Arsenal fans had most feared this season, along with other key players like Alexis Sanchez. But with Arsene Wenger having failed (or chosen not) to sign what we think of as a proper defensive midfielder for years, the role of Francis Coquelin in the Arsenal team was seen as perhaps the hardest to fill.

Now we have three months to get by without the French midfield warrior and there has been a lot of talk about who best to use to fill his boots as well whether the boss will need to sign a new DM in the January transfer window. For now at least Wenger must make do with with the options already in our squad.

Arsenal starting XI for must win Champions League match

Arsenal have a number of reasons for needing to win the Champions League game against Dinamo Zagreb this evening, with a little bit of revenge for the defeat in Croatia probably more important to the Arsenal fans that to our manager.

But Arsene Wenger knows that the Gunners need to win to have any hope of staying in the Champions League past the group stage or even of having Europa League games on Thursdays and he has said that he would take Europe┬┤s second club competition very seriously if we were to drop into it, so I expect a strong Arsenal line up to take to the Emirates pitch tonight.

Invincibles star on why Arsenal WON’T win Premier League

One Arsenal fan, who just happens to be one of our former stars and was a member of the invincibles that last won Arsenal the Premier League trophy, will be crossing his fingers harder than most this weekend and hoping that the current crop of Gunners can bring all three points home from the game against West Brom.

Robert Pires will also be nervously hoping that no more of the Arsenal squad picks up a knock because it is the current injury list and the possibility of it getting longer that the Frenchman feels is the biggest obstacle in the way of Arsene Wenger and the players this season, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Arsenal starting XI for Bayern with BIG surprise

There is no doubt that Arsene Wenger did not pick his strongest possible Arsenal line ups for the away game at Dinamo Zagreb and the home game with Olympiacos in the Champions League. And he took plenty of stick for it as well and knows that he needs to go full bore at Bayern Munich tonight.

But that does not necessarily mean that he will start the same Arsenal XI that won at Watford in the Premier League on Saturday. In fact, I think he will make at least two changes. Santi Cazorla has been brilliant in central midfield for us but I wonder how he will cope with the pace, pressing and possession of the German giants.

Arsenal starting XI for Stoke – NO Giroud!!

Arsenal could hardly have asked for a better game to get back into Premier League action with. We may have had our problems when playing against Stoke City in recent years, but they have always come at the Britannia Stadium, while the Gunners have claimed all three points in the last seven games against them at the Emirates stadium.

And with Stoke missing quite a few key players in Shawcross, Afellay, Adam, Johnson, Diouf, Arnautovic and Odemwingie, the game today should provide a goo and important win for Arsenal. It should also allow Arsene Wenger a bit of leeway in his team selection and I think that will mean that he gives Theo Walcott another go in the centre forward role.

Koscielny the BOSS leads Arsenal player ratings from Wembley win

I can see why the Ox was given the Man of the Match award on BT sport yesterday, as he did score a peach of a goal to give Arsenal the Community Shield trophy and Arsene Wenger the long awaited win over Jose Mourinho. There were also strong cases from Cazorla, Ramsey, Coquelin and Monreal but because of the way we dug in and defended our lead I think it should have gone to our beast of a centre back Laurent Koscielny.

Cech 8 – Commanding without too much to do.

Bellerin 7 – Improved but his passing was a bit wayward.

Arsenal transfer move for Milner CONFIRMED

There have already been plenty of Arsenal transfer rumours linking us with various players in various positions but we do not really know whether there is any truth top them until someone at Arsenal or someone involved with the player confirms it.

Some sources, however, are more reliable than others and when Sky Sports say that they have the news it is usually a pretty safe bet that their sources are good. And they claim to know that both Arsenal and Liverpool have held talks about the summer transfer of James Milner from Man City.

Arsenal Star Rubbishes Rumors About Barcelona Move!

There has been a lot of talk recently in regards to the future of the Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, with various sources in the media claiming that the La Liga champions Barcelona are poised to make a move to acquire his services. After the Gunners’ boss rubbished the rumours last week, the player himself has come out to put to rest speculation about his future.

Speaking to the Express, the Welshman said: “That’s just something that’s been written in the papers. I’m focused on Arsenal and on winning the FA Cup. That sort of news doesn’t affect me or enter my mind.”
