Jack Wilshere is passionate for Arsenal football club in almost every aspect possible. Whether it is showing moral support, putting in the performance of his life on the pitch or even putting the opposition in their place in times of desperation, Jack Wilshere has it all to give to the Gunners and there isn’t anything that’s going to stop him now.

Despite still being a young 21 year old, Wilshere seems to have been involved with the Arsenal set up for many years. He joined the club before he got into double figures, and the talented Englishman managed to make his way through the ranks and into the first team almost with ease. Not to mention Wilshere spent an entire season out with injury, he has been put through every pace and pain going both on and off the pitch.

But it’s his talent and determination that has made him continue on the highest level and with Arsenal and we all recognise Wilshere for being such a good spirit. We have seen on the pitch how Wilshere throws himself into tackles just to keep possession for Arsenal and this can be seen as a way of sacrificing himself for the team. And Wenger has now reiterated that factor in his interview on Arsenal.com, stating how much of a class act Jack Wilshere is.

Wenger told Arsenal Player: “Jack is always ready to sacrifice himself for the team and that is absolutely fantastic.

“It [the left flank] is not his best position, we all know that. But he has a lot of freedom to move inside and he plays a little bit in the Cazorla role. He does that well.”

Some of you may have noticed that Wilshere has been playing in a position out wide in midfield, much like Cazorla does for the Gunners or as Ozil probably should be. However Wenger has chosen to put Wilshere out there in the hope he can do a job for Arsenal and without any doubts the Englishman has proved he can be beneficial all across the pitch.

Wilshere may have struggled for a little while now with both fitness and performance related issues however there is still no doubt that Wilshere is definitely a true leader on the pitch, willing to put himself out for the Gunners and be an influential player in this team!
