Arsenal dream duo set to destroy Chelsea
With Arsenal top of the table and our next Premier League opponents Chelsea languishing down in 14th place, I think we can safely expect the strugglers from Stamford Bridge to arrive in north London on Sunday with a big blue bus to park.
So the onus on Arsene Wenger and the Arsenal players will be to break down the Chelsea defence, something we were unable to manage away to Stoke City yesterday. So you want your most potent attacking players fit and available. That is why it is great news that the injury that kept our German international star Mesut Ozil out at the weekend was only a minor problem and the boss declared that he would definitely be back for the Chelsea match.
We also hope to have the Chile international striker Alexis Sanchez back in action but it is not the former Barcelona star that completes the dream attacking duo for the Gunners. That honour goes to our big centre forward Olivier Giroud who together with Ozil have the second best record in the whole of Europe according to a report by The Mirror.
The France international has finished six times from assists by Ozil and has provided one back for the German to score. Only the Barca duo Luis Suarez and Neymar have combined more this season with nine goals and hopefully the Arsenal dream pairing will be adding at least one more on Sunday.
