Arsenal star ready to make SHOCK switch to EPL rival?
The Arsenal transfer rumours about the Gunners’ star midfielder are back, with the latest claiming once again that Mesut Ozil is ready to call time on his Arsenal career already. And in a move that is sure to anger Arsenal fans everywhere, the Germany international wants to join our English Premier League rivals Man City, according to Metro.
But although the report claims that Ozil ts ready to make the switch north to the Etihad stadium, it does not say that Arsene Wenger is ready to sell. And the way that his Arsenal team have been struggling lately, I think that the last thing the French manager would want is to lose his record signing and one of the most creative talents at the club.
Seeing how the likes of Santi Cazorla, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere have struggled to break teams down since Ozil picked up his knee problem during the away game with Chelsea, maybe even the fans who were on the 25-year old World Cup winner’s back will start to appreciate him more and what he does for the team.
If not, then maybe Ozil will start to push harder for the exit door.
