Arsenal have already seemingly been linked with and then missed out on almost every forward that the football press can think of and as well as knowing that Arsene Wenger actually made a transfer bid big enough to activate the release clause of the Leicester City star Jamie Vardy, there must have been some truth to some of these Arsenal transfer rumours.
So with the Gunners still not having added a striker in this summer transfer window you would have to assume that the manager is getting a bit impatient. Perhaps a bit worried as well and the news from Italy reported by the Evening Standard that his latest transfer target Gonzalo Higuain is also being pursued by the Serie A champions Juventus will not help.
It might just help Arsenal and us fans though, as the story is that Juventus are already in talks with Napoli after apparently agreeing personal terms with Higuain. That would mean that Wenger has no more time for thinking or haggling over the price and must put his cards on the table and get serious or face losing yet another quality striker.
What do you think will happen now with Arsenal and our search for the player to help fire us to the Premier League title?
Honestly, i cant place my faith on any Arsenal transfer rumour again. As a fan, any player that would appear in arsenal colour come next season, will get my unflitching support. Up gunners!
the fact is arsenal will not do enything if they do not get agood striker
