Lemar’s demands to seal transfer from Monaco to Arsenal?

4

It is being reported that the Arsenal transfer target Thomas Lemar is ready for a bust up with his current club AS Monaco over the feeling that the French Ligue 1 club are standing in the way of the 21-year old sealing his dream transfer and coming to work with Arsene Wenger in north London.

This could be great news for the Gunners after Monaco have apparently three offers from us already, with Arsene Wenger starting at around £30 million and with our latest bid thought to be about £45 million. The Sun is reporting that it is not so much about the price being right for their 21-year old winger but rather that they do not want to lose yet another of their title winning team following the departure of Bakayoko to Chelsea and Silva to Man City.

I am not surprised they want to keep the highly rated Lemar as he scored a hatful of goals as well as providing 14 assists, but perhaps the players demands that he be allowed to join Arsenal will force their hand. The report also claims that the France international’s people and the Arsenal transfer team have already sorted out the personal terms, so will Lemar soon get his dream move and will Wenger get his man?

  1. Mahrez can stay at the foxes for that stupid amount. Talk about One season wonder. Cant believe that myself , and I guess every other gooner is praying that Wenger does not crumble with the hottest young talent on the wing, not jst in France but Europe, a,k,a Lemar. What with City and now Chelsea landing Monaco players, Wenger has to dance with our so called rivals and go all out for this young talent. With who we,ve acquired already Lemar could just win us the title. Plus keeping hold of Alexis obviously L.O.L. Well theres my first message how you like.
