Ox set for central start after saying sorry to Arsenal boss

We have all made mistakes and I am fairly sure that most of us will have done so in the new world of social media, whether that be writing things after having one too many or falling for a scam. It was pretty clear that the Arsenal and England star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had made a mistake like that when he liked a post that included a call for Arsene Wenger to step down.

Coming last weekend after our loss to Chelsea following the home defeat by Watford this gaffe was badly timed and of course the football press was all over it, but the Ox was quick to admit his error and he has since apologised to the manager about the situation, as reported by Sky Sports.

That is good news for all concerned, because with Xhaka still serving his suspension and Arsenal midfield options further reduced by the injury problems of Ramsey and Cazorla, Chamberlain could be a key player for the Gunners this weekend.

He has been impressive in his new central role of late and should be set for another start there today against Hull City, who will come to the Emirates in good spirit after beating Liverpool in their last match and also holding Man United to a draw at Old Trafford recently.

Can the Ox make up for his mistake properly by helping Arsenal to a much needed win today?
