Ozil ready to join Arsenal panto villain Nasri at Man City?
I am not the biggest fan of the Arsenal and Gerrmany midfielder Mesut Ozil. But that does not mean that I am happy about the news that the World Cup winner could be heading to Man City.
According to a Metro report the Man City boss Manuel Pellegrini has asked his club chiefs to prepare an offer for Ozil in January.
And if recent Arsenal transfer rumours are true. Ozil is ready to go because of Arsene Wenger’s stubborn idea that the German should play on the wing rather than the number 10 role that made him a global superstar.
I don’t know about you but seeing Ozil line up alongside the smiling sell out that is Samir Nasri would just about finish me off.
I think Ozil is one of players who is very loyal to their club. He doesn’t move to other club for money. He would only do that if he thinks he has no a place in the squad or his club want to sell him.
You have to be seriously stupid if your believe this transfer rumour to be true. Do you really believe that Arsenal would sell their best midfielder to a direct rival and at a lost of £10mil? Arsenal are no longer a selling club now that the Emirates has be paid off.
I still cant understand all the stick that he gets, its truly mind-boggling. The pundits, the papaers, most that fans; its disgusting tbh. His stats at Arsenal speak for themselves and put him as one of the top midfielders in the world. All of this negativity towards him is completely unfounded.
