At last – A credible Arsenal transfer rumour…..

Arsenal transfer rumour of the day – Geoffrey Kondogbia. Now this is a transfer that I really believe can happen, many newspapers and media sources are reporting this today and it is totally possible.

The 20 year old Frenchman has already been linked with the club several times during the past season because of his magnificent performances for Spanish side Sevilla who have already lost their best player this summer and face losing the rest.

Arsenal Favourites To Sign Two French Stars

Arsenal move into the pole position in the chase for Olivier Giroud’s signature, as German side Bayern Munich are not looking to sign the player according to the club’s president Uli Hoeness. TalkSport claims that Giroud is monitored by a host of top clubs, of which Arsenal is the most likely destination.

“He was impressive when he played for France in the friendly against Germany. But he is a player who is very similar to Mario Gomez and we are looking for a striker to complement his style.”, Hoeness said.

Inter Want To Steal French Star From Under Wenger’s Nose

Italian giants Inter Milan are now closer than ever to make a move on French star Yann M’Vila, taking him away from the eyes of Premiership clubs.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Real Madrid have all been interested in the young defensive midfielder, but the Gunners were the closest to snatch him in the summer when Arsenal’s French manager Arsene Wenger submitted a fee for him.

The transfer fee was snubbed by Rennes who wanted to use him in the Europa League, but now that that’s out of the way a possible move may be accepted by the French club.

French Midfielder Unavailable For Arsenal. Will A Midfielder Join?

Lyon’s president Jean-Michel Aulas snubbed the possibility of letting club playmaker Yoann Gourcuff go this January to another club amid rumours which are linking the Frenchman with a possible move to Premiership giants Arsenal.

Arsenal’s manager Wenger is a well known admirer of the midfielder and also wanted to transfer him in the summer before he found out that the midfielder was suffering from a knee injury.

“Yoann Gourcuff will not leave the team,” Aulas said. “The newspapers are getting it wrong.

“We need him and to add for the Champions League. And if he stays he can use his performances to get himself in the France team for the Euros.”

Top French striker would agree to a switch to Arsenal

Montpellier’s striker Olivier Giroud declared himself happy at the French club, but stated that he wouldn’t say no to a transfer and the he is a fan of the English Premier League. Arsenal’s manager has been tracking the French forward ever since his great late form.

“I am very happy with the start of the season. I am in good form, in good physical condition so I am lucky at the moment and enjoying my football.

“It is normal to be linked with clubs when you are scoring goals.

“I like the English Premier League.”
