Man United legend tells his club to make a bid for Thomas Partey

Coming into this transfer window, Mikel Arteta was ready to refresh his engine room. Two top midfielders, Kai Havertz and Declan Rice, have already been signed, and there’s talk of a third midfielder joining. With the arrivals at midfield, some are tipped to leave.
Thomas Partey is one of the players tipped to leave Arsenal this summer. Not many understand why he has to go, but the belief is that he and Granit Xhaka will leave this summer. The talk was about a Saudi Arabian side, and some Serie A sides (Juventus) mentioned had their eyes on getting the Ghanaian international on board.
As the Gooners were starting to believe they had seen the last of Partey in the PL, Man United legend Paul Ince is asking Erik Ten Hag to consider swooping for the Arsenal midfielder. He said on Betway, “There’s also talk about Thomas Partey leaving Arsenal. You think about the first six months of the season, Partey was absolutely fantastic. Jorginho came in, and, for some reason, he stopped getting games. That’s when Arsenal started losing and drawing games. I’d be looking at someone like him or Kessie.”
On a good day, Thomas Partey is an asset at midfield; he is a force. If he is to remain in the PL, he should stay at Arsenal; joining another PL team wouldn’t be wise. Yes, Arsenal have progressed and may be well without him, but they must be careful not to strengthen their direct rivals.
